New Beginnings Outreach Program (Foreclosure Support)

Surplus funds, also know as excess proceeds, mortgage surplus, or tax overbids, are the remaining funds payable to the previous owner when a tax or mortgage foreclosure auction occurs.  When property taxes or mortgage payments are unpaid for an extended period, the county or lender will foreclose the property and hold an auction. In many cases there are still funds available after all costs have been paid.  These surplus funds are then held until the previous owner or heir claims what is due.

Our dedicated team of experts ensure that all required forms and supporting documents are accurately completed and filed in a timely manner.  Our experienced team is also dedicated to making the process as smooth and efficient as possible for you.
